В Латвии с 18 апреля по 9 мая пройдет 13-й Международный Балтийский балетный фестиваль, автор идеи и бессменный руководитель которого — знаменитая Лита БЕЙРИС. Порядковый номер Литу не пугает, поскольку все самое интересное и хорошее в ее жизни связано именно с этим числом, пишет "Телеграф".
География фестиваля — Айзкраукле, Валмиера, Елгава, Крустпилс, Огре, Прейли, Талсы, Рига. В Риге он охватит такие площадки, как Центральный вокзал и Национальная опера, Дом Конгрессов и Новый Рижский театр. Программа танцевальная полностью соответствует девизу фестиваля: "От классики до авангарда". Кроме того, по традиции откроются выставки, посвященные танцу. Галерея IDE представит творчество художника Соломона Гершова, галерея Tifana — выставку картин Иевы Сары Брейкши "Танцующая Испания". В Доме Конгрессов можно будет увидеть работы юных воспитанников Академии художественной фантазии под руководством Яниса Анманиса.
Все двери открыты— Лита, что нельзя пропустить, что будет впервые?— Ничего нельзя пропустить, поскольку все будет впервые или, по крайней мере, — в новом качестве. В первый раз привозим аргентинское танго. Популярность всего латиноамериканского постоянно растет, столько групп у нас занимаются сальсой и прочими зажигательными танцами! И вот со спектаклем Jaquetango у нас выступит возглавляемая танцовщицей, хореографом и педагогом Каролиной Кастиеллой Торрес компания Surdance-Tango. Объединяющая восемь ведущих танцоров из знаменитого аргентинского шоу Tanguera — первой такой группы в Аргентине. С ними также четыре музыканта, так что будет звучать живая музыка — Пьяццолла, Родригес... Танго, начиная с того, что когда-то танцевали в маленьких кабачках Буэнос-Айреса.— Обычно у вас больше всего сенсаций бывало на гала-концерте?— Гала-концерт в Опере обещает быть очень пестрым. Приедут две американские звезды мирового уровня, Раста Томас и Джозеф Гатти. Томаса мы помним 17-летним мальчиком, который в 1998-м совершенно покорил нашу публику. Теперь он протанцевал уже во всех Голливудах, на Бродвее, в American Ballet Theatre, а также в Европе (Мариинка, Имперский русский балет), Японии. Но согласился приехать снова, и уже со своей женой Адриенн Кантерн. Той самой юной девушкой, которой было всего 15 девять лет назад. Недавно они поженились и успели произвести на свет малыша. Джозеф Гатти получил "серебро" самого главного балетного конкурса Америки, в Джексоне. До сих пор его еще никому не удавалось сюда пригласить. И вот он и балерина Адьярус Алмейда будут представлять у нас балет Цинциннати.— Как вам удается зазвать таких востребованных звезд?— Я работаю в жюри многих международных конкурсов, не новый человек в балетном мире. Так что передо мной все двери, можно сказать, открыты. Не так давно я побывала на 1-м Международном балетном конкурсе в ЮАР, куда меня пригласили как педагога. Там увидела Мамелу Мандла Ньямзу, которую и пригласила теперь в Ригу. Это, можно сказать, танцевальная душа Африки, африканская Айседора Дункан. Такой потрясающий африканский фольк, но на классической балетной основе. Она очень популярна, и не только у себя в ЮАР... В гала-концерте выступит и театр "Ванемуйне" из Тарту — совершенно уникальная международная балетная компания. (Наверное, скоро перерастет нашу национальную балетную труппу!) Там танцуют артисты из 17 стран, причем, что называется, в штате! Какой у них интересный балет "Евгений Онегин"! Возможно, привезем его на следующий год. А на этот раз увидим фрагменты в исполнении Саори Нагаты и Стевена Мелендеза.— Приглашены ли россияне?— В гала-концерте будет одна из звездных пар Мариинского театра — точнее станет известно чуть позже. В том же вечере танцуют португальцы Рафаэль Каррико и Клаудиа Мартинс, которые уже были на нашем фестивале в прошлом году. Кстати, их группа Vortice также покажет балеты "Аквариум" и "Спящий Будда" на сцене Нового Рижского театра. Это высшее, что я вообще видела в танце модерн. Латвию должны представлять Элза Леймане и Раймонд Мартынов. Если Раймонд успеет восстановиться после серьезной травмы, полученной на балетном конкурсе в ЮАР, где они завоевали "серебро" и "бронзу" (с чем я счастлива их поздравить).Шокирующий авангард— Вы сама иногда ставили композиции специально к фестивалю, что-то приготовили и теперь?— Нет. Но Клайпедский музыкальный театр в "Балтийской программе" (в ней также современный балет Оксаны Титовой "Гамлет" Театра "Эстония") покажет "Кармен" в экстравагантной хореографии Юриса Сморигинаса, а также "Штраусиану", которую я поставила года полтора назад. Со "Штраусианой" мы едем по шести городам Латвии.— Чем откроется и чем завершится праздник балета?— Открытие по традиции пройдет в здании Центрального вокзала, и снова будет что-то неожиданное, может, шокирующее. Не хочу раскрывать все. Скажу, что симфонического оркестра в этот раз не будет, но будет живая оригинальная музыка, которая прозвучит у нас впервые. Группа "Дзирнас" покажет специально для этого случая созданный балет Агриса Данилевича (спектакль станет и его дипломной работой в Академии культуры). Думаю, это заинтересует публику, причем самую разную.А в заключительный день фестиваля на сцене Дома Москвы ультраавангардный спектакль "Жизнь прекрасна" покажет группа Cie Toula Limnaios из Берлина. Хореограф из Греции живет в Германии, где ее уже считают своей. Лимнайос работает в шокирующем, дерзком стиле, который поражает даже ее коллег-профессионалов.
